BALLOTS have arrived!

It was a beautiful day for canvassing. Check your mailbox! You may have already received your ballot.

As a first-time candidate, I’m running to find solutions to your problems. I’m a first-generation Latina, si hablo espanol, and I know what’s it’s like to work hard while raising a family. No one needs someone causing drama and ruffling feathers without getting anything done. You need your city government to work smoothly and efficiently for you.

That’s the kind of leadership I will bring — a collaborative, problem-solving voice to our Pasco City Council.

My professional experience includes: past president of the Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; member of the Association of Washington Business Grassroots Alliance, which advocates for small businesses; and a past board member of Tri-Cities Community Health, Visit Tri-Cities, and the Kennewick Police Department Foundation. I've also been a past appointee to the state's Childcare Collaborative Task Force.

I have served on numerous committees such as the Latino Heritage Mural, the Dia De Los Muertos Scholarship Fun Run, and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement.

Unlike my opponent, who ran twice in Benton County, I have not run for elected office before. I’m here because I love the City of Pasco and serving my community. The leaders of my community have faith in me to be your next-generation leader, and I hope you will too.
